Rhyming poetry is considered juvenile and pointless by many people who consider themselves literary, which is a shame, because rhyming poetry is the only kind I feel competent writing. Here’s a good article about Rhyming Poetry. I think Poe was a pretty good poet, and his poetry rhymes.
